APRG - Our Story
Established in 1995 with seasoned executives from IBM and AT&T, our research and advisory firm has managed to build up a solid network and a reputation for great local insights.
We began this endeavor to fill a gap we saw in the market - comprehensive in situ market research in the emerging markets of Asia. At the time we knew the region was on the cusp of a significant technological shift - but trusted metrics and insights into local markets was impossible to find.
So we began to establish a cadre of field research staff one country at a time. We were the first to cover the insane growth of Indonesia's mobile data revolution, the first to cover the coming wearable computing market in 2000, and the shift to SaaS for the CRM and Contact Center Market.
We now have over 300 clients - including Adobe, Cisco, HPE, IBM, NTT, Deloitte, and Qualcomm, as well as many start-ups, that return to us for insights into shifts in technology buying.
